Obligations of foreigners applying for granting the refugee status
The applicant as well as the person on behalf of whom the applicant made the application, are obliged: - to take photographs of oneself and fingerprints with use of dactyloscopic card; - to be examined and undergo necessary sanitary procedures in relation to theirs body and clothes; - to be subjected to personal and baggage control; - to give the information on:
- to present any information necessary to establish actual state of the matter, particularly concerning his/her age, origin, identity, citizenship, relatives, countries and places of previous stay, earlier applications, route of the journey and reasons of submitting an application, - to make available all evidences confirming the circumstances indicated in justification of an application, - to deliver to deposit of the Head of the Office his/her travel document or travel document of a person on whose behalf he/she made an application; - to report at summons of the authority conducting proceedings for hearing or making explanations, - to inform about every change of his/her place of stay and person on behalf of whom she/he made an application, - to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland until the day of delivery of final decision on refugee status, unless the alien submitted subsequent application for granting the refugee status, and the Head of the Office didn't withhold the execution of decision on expulsion. |
